aviva AVIVA!
it was certainly such a nice experience to work in the indoors stadium
as a line judge.
for those who dun't understand, it means judging whether the shuttlecock hits in the line or outside for that line u're judging.
okay. the tough 45 mins for the match,
butt aches,
and difficulty in flagging a cab at 10+pm in e ulu stadium are not included.
but it was eye opening!
i was just 1m away from malaysia's top player.
and 2 courts away to ronald susilo's.
i helped mopped the sweat of those international players!
hahh though it dsounds disguisting.
we gt a bit lost on our 1st day.
bt then it just gt better. hehh.
stuNNING flags and lights!
took sessions only in qualifing and preliminary. aww.
bt 1 bad experience was i MADE 1 WRONG CALL!
goodness.
n it was the gain point can.
felt so guilty all tt, bt fortunately it was an obvious out.
bt this would meant i am so dumb to make tt mistake.
so stressful can! the other lines dun't have much business
then my line was like whoosh, smap, hits
my eyes so darn pain after the match(due to overstaring at the line)
still not cut out to be a line judge
nevertheless, it was thrilling and kinda mixed dangerous feeling to sit 1 m away from the court
and praying in ur heart tt the side u want to win would win,
when ur face is so strict and serious in looking at the shuttlecock..
such a magnificent scene.
RYAN WAS BORN!
aww. my new nephew
i so wanna see him
he's only 3.152kg
n he's wearing little socks on his hands in the photo
i want more of him!!
lastly..
iu nite. international understanding.
congrats to IU DEPARTMENT!!
whoo!
the Australian choir was so fascinating, whether it was solo or joined voices.
one word. cool.
though i felt the girls singing i believe could do better..
better luck nxt time?
bt still, the whole programme was acutally well run.
i was incharge of the ushers
and i must say
WELL DONE USHERS N INTERACTORS!!
no matter how small a role is yours, u contributed.
n that's important! hehh.
applause****
