officially a star hub worker
quite fast paced environment i worked in
goodness
seemed like it was a bad deal i got here
2 of the info centre were absent,
n the one who worked with me is gonna quit in 2 weeks
seemed like customer servicing is so stressed they cnt stand it?
hahhh
actually i felt the same too
bit just that it was my first day,
n if i duno wad to do,
i just push to the more senior staff
wahaha
so basically i press the machines n give customers their tickets
hear their issues n disputes
nod n nod
thank yous n welcomes
smile warmly at them
until my whole face cramped

but eliss was a kind manager
she really so sweet looking with dimples on the sides of her face
made friends with a few colleagues n pestered them with the many problems i had
cos during one time,
i was left all alone at the info centre.
handling up to around 30customers myself in one hour
cos the other fella had lunch break
duno how to deal then press machine, let the rest handle
duno how to type the details, then customers angry
but wad can i do
i haven learn wad
then see them fed up, i oso upset

some colleagues are so cute la
there's this one that look so dominating but he turned out to be a joker
another was surfing on youtube wtching some taiwan variety show at the operating room
then eliss oso blur de. let the interviewee sit there lik so long b4 she remembered there was the interview( n please i reminded her)
