work has been stressful
as more staff get to learn cable
the 'older' staff are forced to take on mobile
which is a very challenging aspect
one transaction can take up till more than 30mins
as compared to cable's normal 15mins
n the disputes are of wider varieties
thinking about all those customers give me the creeps

learnt to take things in stride
but nevertheless,
still felt kinda sad
the scoldings everything
from managers to customers
making u feel stupid n worthless and all
and sometimes, i feel i am so.
but just think la
if really take all these into heart
i think i die of some 'heavy heart' disease
lol

just filter out
and listen the good stuff
lol
like the radio advertisement
to make yourself feel better,
that's the way man

and slower so that i will not see my failures in A's
